Michael Cochran (He/Him) is an up-and-coming cinematographer and editor with a former career path in architectural drafting. Partially stemming from Vorarlberg, Austria, Michael took to photography and film-making at a young age. His foundation for organization and photographic presentation is inspired by a pragmatic interest in Industry, Identity, Persona, Architecture and Art. In addition for his admiration for modern film and cinema, Michael loves shooting on motion picture film - drawing inspiration from the distinct visual styles of the 1970s, 1980s, and 1990s.

Paul Shrader, Christopher Doyle, Sofia Coppola, Wong Kar-wei, Michael Mann, Paul Thomas Anderson, Agnes Varda, Ron Fricke, Roger Deakins, Rainer Werner Fassbinder, and many more.
Michael is based in San Francisco where he is pursuing a BA in Cinema Studies at San Francisco State University.
